The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. The position also involves managing teams and coordinating with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
