Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

You will oversee field crews and help manage the successful delivery of environmental construction projects. In this role, you'll combine construction expertise with ecological awareness to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on site. You'll work closely with Project Managers and other field leaders to ensure every job meets RES standards and that every team member gets home safely.

Requirements

• Experience in full site construction of stream restoration, stormwater infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects
• Weekly travel throughout the Southeast, with overnight stays typically occurring Monday through Friday based on project location

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of construction or ecological field experience
• 3+ years of experience as a construction foreman or field crew lead
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a Samsara driving score above 70
• Experience reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and layouts
• Experience in stream restoration construction, including planting, excavation, and erosion control
• Understanding of ecological restoration in a field setting
