Construction Superintendent

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule proper staffing of assigned projects.
• Affirm that all projects comply with contract requirements.
• Support the project team to ensure safety, profitability, and timely completion.
• Administer contracts throughout project closure.

Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain excellent communication with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with the entire project team.

Working Conditions

• Main business office for office functions.
• Long hours may be required based on project status.

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferred 4 year degree or industry experience equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Preferred experience in Design Build methodology of project development.
• Preferred experience in Education and Commercial Construction.
