Construction Superintendent

About the role

We're looking for a Construction Superintendent who can lead crews, manage schedules, and keep jobsites safe, productive, and moving forward. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to hold a team accountable while earning their respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews daily.
• Keep projects on schedule and production goals on track.
• Enforce safety standards with zero shortcuts.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Solve jobsite issues before they become costly problems.

Requirements

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.

Pay

Competitive salary: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience.
