Construction Superintendent

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial projects from $100K to $15MM
• Manage daily jobsite activity, scheduling, safety, and quality
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Coach field staff and maintain organized, productive jobsites

• Work is completed with strong quality and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Commercial construction field or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes
• The ability to lead crews, solve problems, and communicate well
• Lay out or survey experience
• Computer skills
• A valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

$60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, plus PTO, holiday pay, health insurance allowance, company vehicle and fuel card, company laptop, and ongoing training with OSHA certification.

Work Location / Schedule

Project-based jobsite work. Final posting should confirm location, schedule, and employment type.
