Construction Superintendent

About the role

Knife River Casper is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join their team. The position is full-time and involves travel to out-of-town sites.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all construction related tasks.
• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in earthwork/site grading, asphalt paving operations, underground utilities and concrete operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently.
• Efficient in scheduling equipment and crews, reading plans and specifications.
• Safely and efficiently manage crews to complete work as per plans and specifications.
