This role manages daily operations for assigned site(s), coordinating subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project completion. Effective communication and time management are crucial for balancing workflow and overseeing quality inspections throughout construction. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily activities of sub-contractors on siteHost daily POD meetings with contractorsEnforce OSHA and best safety practices on siteRecord weekly toolbox talks and daily job hazard analysisMaintain daily logs, photos, RFIs, observations, punch lists, weekly meeting minutes, three-week look aheads, deliveries, quantities, and manpower tracking in ProcoreLog deliveries and bills of lading in ProcorePerform mock-up, daily, and milestone inspectionsHost weekly progress meetings with all stakeholders and distribute meeting minutesConduct weekly and rain event SWPPP inspectionsCollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure quality standards are metWork closely with Senior Construction Superintendent and Project Management Team to maintain schedules and quality standardsLead by example, enforce safety policies and procedures, and address non-complianceCommunicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project managersShare experience and best practices for continuous improvementAssist with design in Geo-Tech and Push/Pull TestingAssist Pre-Construction team with site surveys and utility walks Supervisory ResponsibilityDirect reports: Yes Required EducationHigh School Diploma Preferred Education4-year college degree in a relevant discipline is preferred Required ExperienceFour years of construction supervisory experience with a successful track record in project supervision Preferred ExperiencePrior management/construction experience (5 years preferred)Solar industry construction experience Additional Eligibility RequirementsExceptional oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and other construction management toolsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 and/or 30 CertificationFirst Aid CPR CertificationSWPPP CertificationProcore experience is a plusUnderstanding of medium voltage systems and equipment is a plusStrong attention to detail and clear communication abilitiesWillingness to travelValid and current Driver's License Bonus / Nice to HavesWillingness to relocateNFPA 70E CertificationOSHA 30Professional licenses in trade (e.g., CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.) CompetenciesStrong time management skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent communicationLeadership abilitySelf-motivatedStrong ability to learn and adapt Work EnvironmentField-based position Physical DemandsExtensive walkingLifting up to 50 lbs TravelDaily travel with occasional overnight stays required
