Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues and project scope changes.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Construction Safety Certification.
• Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
