About the role
The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues and project scope changes.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Construction Safety Certification.
- Project Management Certification (PMP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
$X per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
