Construction Superintendent

About the role

This position is responsible for the on-site management of active homes under construction – inspecting work, managing vendors, ensuring quality, and keeping builds moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and other stakeholders
• Oversee the coordination of trades and subcontractors

Requirements

• Background in residential construction
• Experience in project supervision and/or management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Valid driver’s license

Benefits

Competitive compensation package including a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 yearly plus a discretionary bonus determined by performance.

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 yearly + Bonus DOE

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate construction schedules.
