Responsibilities

Manage site operations, schedules, and subcontractors

Oversee safety, quality, and site logistics

Partner closely with PM on schedule and budget

Requirements

5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC

Experience leading $10M to $50M projects

Benefits

Salary: $105,000 - $145,000 per year
