Lead Construction Superintendent overseeing $30M+ ground-up projects in the Wilmington area. This is a local position with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations on large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in construction practices to support company growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction field supervision.
• Proven track record on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M or more.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philadelphia/Wilmington area if necessary.
