Construction Superintendent

About the Role

SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Franchise. In this position, you will make a difference each day by helping customers through difficult situations, with a drive toward making fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” We are looking for someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a supervisory, multi-tasking environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all field aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the project.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other parties involved in the project.
• Manage project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, including educating customers about the construction process and compiling and solving punch list items.

Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Skills & Physical Demands

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods (e.g., driving, sitting, climbing).
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Exposure to loud noise levels at jobsites.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
