Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpassing client expectations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Experience with projects of $5M+
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
