A leading custom home construction company is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is an opportunity to build large custom homes with values of $5M and greater.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpassing client expectations

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with projects valued at $5M+
• Demonstrable ability to lead multiple construction projects
• Industry-consistent work history
