We are a leading custom home construction company looking for a Superintendent to coordinate and lead our field team. This is an opportunity to build large custom homes valued at $5M and greater with a top-tier builder.

If you are a Superintendent who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and that surpass client expectations, we’d like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Lead construction projects through various phases concurrently

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Demonstrable experience with projects valued at $5M+
• Industry-consistent work history
