- Coordinate and lead the field team to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Manage construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Ensure projects surpass client expectations
Requirements
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Experience with projects valued at $5M+
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Consistent industry work history
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
