Construction Superintendent

Role Scope

Run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build: sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan.
Walk the job daily and clear blockers before crews wait: RFIs, materials, access, inspections.
Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface, not from the trailer.
Coordinate with commissioning so systems complete in the order startup needs, not the order construction prefers.

What We're Looking For

• You've superintended heavy industrial or mission critical construction and hit the dates.
• You sequence trades in your head and spot a clash before it costs a day.
• Inspectors and foremen both respect you, for different reasons.
• You've closed out punch lists that stayed closed.
• You'll travel and live where the work is.
• Bonus: Data center MEP-heavy builds. Modular installation. OSHA 30. Commissioning handover experience.

Compensation Range

$183K - $272K
