The Superintendent leads a team of educators and staff in providing a high-quality education to students in Southeast Michigan. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and overseeing all aspects of school operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the district.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of teachers and administrators.
• Engage with community stakeholders to support educational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in education administration.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience with technology integration in schools.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
