About the role
The Superintendent leads the educational community in the district, setting the vision and direction for all aspects of education. They are responsible for ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education and that the district meets state and federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational policies and programs aligned with district goals and state/federal guidelines.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with state standards.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for the district.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead professional development for teachers and staff.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in education management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
