Construction Superintendent
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations
- Manage crews, including foremen, operators, and laborers
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Coordinate with project management on changes and extras
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks
- Participate actively in field work as necessary
Requirements
- Heavy civil/site development experience
- Hands-on field leadership mentality
- Strong work ethic
- Experience managing crews of 6–10+
- Ability to run full-cycle site projects
- Clean drug test
- Experience on private development projects preferred
- Change order awareness preferred
- Strong field decision-making preferred
- Able to push production efficiently preferred
