Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for project managers, owners, and inspectors
- Cookdaily work schedules for subcontractors, vendors, and self-preform labor crews
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, safety requirements and owner expectations
- Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation of site activities
- Cookordination inspections with local authorities and ensure timely approvals
- Cooklabor with Project Managers to align field execution with project budgets and schedules
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and quality concerns
- Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
- Ensure work is completed to Blox quality standards and client expectations
- Cookparticipate in project meetings and provide status updates to leadership
- Cookoordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics
- Cooktain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment
- Cookupport and promote a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety
Job Skills & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional construction or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar construction leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Expertise in reading blueprints, building codes, and managing project schedules
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with construction management software and basic computer applications
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to travel up to 75% or more, often relocating temporarily for projects
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and navigate construction sites for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
