Management$79k–$101k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, mission, values, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (the description of responsibilities), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We must only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: First paragraph: "At Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition, we are making significant advances in food and health with new ideas and innovative technologies. We are seeking candidates with energy and enthusiasm to be part of our growing team throughout North America. As an Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition employee, you are part of a diverse, innovative, and collaborative community committed to enhancing lives through nutrition and health. Our team is committed to providing amino acid-based solutions that create better lives for all. We do not use AI to screen applications. Applications and resumes of qualified applicants are reviewed by a real person because we value your time and believe each qualified applicant deserves thoughtful, human consideration. It’s an old‑fashioned approach—done with purpose. Our people are the key ingredient to our success. We offer a collaborative, innovative environment where you can grow your career and make an impact on global food and health solutions." That's about company and role overview. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for that paragraph. Next: "We provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including Competitive Pay and Annual Bonus Opportunity 401(k) with Company Contributions Medical, Dental, and Vision — Effective Day 1 Paid Time Off, Company Holidays, and Floating HolidaysPaid Parental Leave Wellness Programs and Yearly Wellness Reimbursement Work Flexibility Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities Career Growth and Development within a Global OrganizationCompany-Provided Mental Health and Caregiving support" That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section with list. Then: "To manage and execute capital construction, facility improvement, and infrastructure projects within an active manufacturing environment by overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating contractors and project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements." That's responsibilities (maybe summary). Then list of responsibilities bullet points later. Then "Education, Certifications and Experience Required" etc. That's Requirements/Qualifications. Then "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES" etc. That's Skills. Then "Working Conditions" etc. Could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Not required heading but we could include under Responsibilities or maybe "Working Conditions" not in list; we can ignore or incorporate into Responsibilities. Then "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical Demands Demand Frequency Sitting, standing, walking , repetitive use of hands/arms/legs, and eye/hand coordination for 6+ hours a day." That's physical requirements; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Then list of duties (starting with "Frequent Collaborate...") Actually after physical requirements there is a list of duties (looks like responsibilities). Let's parse: "Frequent Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, EHS, quality, and other stakeholders to develop construction and execution plans for facility, infrastructure, and capital projects involving building, process, piping, electrical, controls, and utility systems Oversee daily construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of work by contractors, vendors, and internal resources Manage project execution by monitoring schedules, work progress, resource requirements, and contractor performance to achieve project objectives Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with company policies, site procedures, OSHA regulations, permit requirements, engineering standards, and applicable codes Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project documentation to support accurate field execution Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, EHS, quality, and project teams to resolve field issues, mitigate risks, and minimize operational disruptions Develop bid and quote packages, conduct contractor walkdowns, participate in contractor selection activities, and facilitate scope reviews for construction projects Lead construction coordination meetings, contractor safety meetings, and daily work planning discussions Monitor and inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and approved specifications Develop and maintain construction schedules, daily reports, punch lists, action item logs, and project documentation Track and communicate project status, risks, delays, resource constraints, budget impacts, and scope changes to project stakeholders and management Support project commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout activities to ensure successful project completion and operational readiness Identify opportunities to improve construction execution, contractor performance, project delivery, and safety outcomes Perform other duties and special projects as assigned" That's responsibilities list. Then "$79,000-$101,000" is pay. Then EEO boilerplate to remove. Thus we need sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (education, certifications, experience), Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range). Possibly Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We must not include navigation etc. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We need to decide what goes into each section. About the role: combine first paragraph(s) about company and mission, plus maybe the statement about not using AI, etc. That's substantive. Responsibilities: we have a summary sentence "To manage and execute capital construction..." plus the bullet list of duties. Could combine into a

list; maybe include the summary as a

then list. Requirements: Education, Certifications and Experience Required section. Also physical requirements? Could be part of Requirements. We'll include education, certifications, experience, physical demands. Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities section. Benefits: list from "We provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including ..." Need to parse that into items. The text is a run-on: "Competitive Pay and Annual Bonus Opportunity 401(k) with Company Contributions Medical, Dental, and Vision — Effective Day 1 Paid Time Off, Company Holidays, and Floating HolidaysPaid Parental Leave Wellness Programs and Yearly Wellness Reimbursement Work Flexibility Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities Career Growth and Development within a Global OrganizationCompany-Provided Mental Health and Caregiving support" We need to split into sensible items. Let's extract: - Competitive Pay and Annual Bonus Opportunity - 401(k) with Company Contributions - Medical, Dental, and Vision — Effective Day 1 - Paid Time Off, Company Holidays, and Floating Holidays - Paid Parental Leave - Wellness Programs and Yearly Wellness Reimbursement - Work Flexibility - Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities - Career Growth and Development within a Global Organization - Company-Provided Mental Health and Caregiving support We'll make each a

    • . Pay: "$79,000-$101,000". We'll put in

maybe under Pay heading. Schedule: not present, omit. Now ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll start with maybe not required; just headings and content. We'll use

      for each section heading. Structure:
