Construction Superintendant

Own the Site. Own the Schedule. Own the Outcome.

You're the one who catches the variance before it becomes a change order, holds subs to the standard without making it a battle, and keeps four moving projects from turning into one expensive problem. You don't need someone to tell you the schedule is slipping — you wrote the schedule, and you already know.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active pipeline of renovation projects at various stages simultaneously
• Build and own scopes, schedules, and budgets for each project
• SOURCE, BID, and hold subcontractors accountable to timelines, quality, and cost
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to enforce workmanship and safety standards
• Identify problems early and solve them before they become costs or delays
• Keep leadership informed with proactive, accurate updates — no surprises
• Maintain full project documentation from kickoff through completion
• Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and sales on project timelines and delivery

Requirements

• No need to be told the schedule is slipping — you wrote the schedule
• Comfortable holding subcontractors to the standard
• Proactive rather than reactive
• Enjoy working with documentation and reporting
• Can handle blunt, direct feedback from leadership

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple renovation projects at different stages
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to source, bid, and hold subcontractors accountable
• Experience conducting regular site visits and inspections
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems proactively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with project documentation and reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$90,000 - $130,000/year
