Key Responsibilities
- Utilize site-specific knowledge, experience and relationship building to secure operational construction related projects.
- Manage daily operations, including supervising subcontractors and self-performed labor to ensure compliance with project blueprints and government specifications.
- Work with corporate pricing staff to establish subcontractor and in-house costs to develop competitive proposals.
- Implement the Three-Phase Control System (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up inspections) for all major work activities.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, track project milestones, and assist with Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals through government and company-based reporting software.
- Act as the primary field contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other government facility personnel.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5–10 years in construction, with at least 1–3 years working on Davis-Monthan is required.
- Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 (40-hour), and ACE CQM-C.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience is preferred.
- Security Clearance: Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Pay Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year
