Required Skills/Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 7–20 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex construction projects. Experience with contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and change order administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar). Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and market trends.
