Construction Site Superintendent
About the role
CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects.
Responsibilities
- Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings
- Aid in pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection
- Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit required milestones on schedule
- Create and administer safety programs
- Manage equipment lead times and order construction-related items
- Lead construction review meetings and document progress weekly
- Support the commissioning effort and register applicable equipment for warranties
- Schedule factory start-ups and ensure start-up sheets are completed and submitted for warranties
- Train the owner on project details and coordinate as needed
- Address project issues and assist with resolving warranty concerns
- Develop operation and maintenance manuals and as-built documents
Requirements
- Experience with both HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction

Schedule
Travel is required to job sites. During heavy construction, the Construction Site Superintendent is on-site at all times. During other project periods, they may work at the office or remotely to assist with other projects.
