Construction Services Representative
AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, LLC) · Rapid City, SD · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company culture etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (the description of the role), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" (basic requirements), "Preferred Qualifications", "Physical Qualifications", "Benefits" (benefits listed). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. Also need to include maybe "Qualifications"? We have Basic Requirements and Preferred Qualifications; we can combine as Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. Use for each heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Construction Services Representative - Rapid City, SD". We should not put that as heading.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to include company description maybe under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About AE2S". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for the introductory paragraph about the role and company culture. Then "Responsibilities" for bullet list. Then "Requirements" for basic requirements. Then "Preferred Qualifications". Then "Physical Qualifications". Then "Benefits". Ensure we only include sections with real content.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now extract content.

Now About the role: we need to capture the introductory paragraph about the role and company culture. Let's craft a paragraph: "AE2S is an award-winning, specialized civil/environmental engineering consulting firm that provides professional services and a unique brand of extreme client service. Our work environment is consistently recognized both locally and nationally for our great culture and values, proven recognition programs, and social atmosphere. That seems like a list but we can keep as prose.
We need to avoid duplication: The benefits list also appears later; we should not duplicate the same sentences in About the role. We'll keep the culture description but not repeat the benefit list.
Now produce HTML:
