Responsibilities
- Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth

- Leading successful sales cycles from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
- Leading major contracts and expanding engineering services and program and construction management capabilities in new and emerging markets
- Successfully delivering Design-Build projects and collaborating with state DOTs
Requirements
- Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering
- Master of Science in Information Technology
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
- PMP candidate
- Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
- Certified Construction Manager
- AICP designation
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia
- Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology
- AICP designation
- Board member for ACEC/PA
Qualifications
- Experience in operations and project management
- Leadership in technology innovation and growth
- Technical expertise in various fields including cybersecurity, cloud computing, process automation, digital transformation, and large-scale civil transportation projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required
