Responsibilities

  • Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
  • Overseeing fleet and facilities
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
  • Managing high-profile projects and focusing on alternative project delivery
  • Leading successful sales cycles from start to finish
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
  • Leading major contracts and expanding engineering services and program and construction management capabilities in new and emerging markets
  • Successfully delivering Design-Build projects and collaborating with state DOTs

Requirements

  • Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering
  • Master of Science in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
  • PMP candidate
  • Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
  • Certified Construction Manager
  • AICP designation
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology
  • AICP designation
  • Board member for ACEC/PA

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations and project management
  • Leadership in technology innovation and growth
  • Technical expertise in various fields including cybersecurity, cloud computing, process automation, digital transformation, and large-scale civil transportation projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Experience in public sector and government contracting
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required
