Responsibilities
- Managing / supervising field engineering personnel
- Participating in weekly / biweekly construction meetings
- Coordinating the processing of contractor submittals by staff engineers
- Coordinating responses to field questions and contractor RFIs
- Reviewing, coordinating, and documenting construction contract changes
- Approving of contractor pay requests
- Performing periodic site visits to construction sites
- Monitoring construction schedules and working with contractors to meet deadlines
- Ensuring field reports are prepared in a timely fashion as part of the project record
- Creating and tracking support services budget
- Ensuring specified construction quality standards are maintained at all times
- Preparing and distributing project planning progress reports to project owners
- Participating in project completion, commissioning, and close out
Qualifications
- Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical degree or education
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven record of partnering with engineers and contractors
- Strong financial / budget acumen and attention to detail
- Able to hold contractors / sub-contractors accountable in a collaborative fashion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to make job site visits to support and manage projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Outlook)

Compensation
$110,000.00 - $146,000.00 per year

PIC is actively engaged in the design and construction of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
