Key Responsibilities
- Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives
- Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
- Maintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
- Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
- Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
- Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
- Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
- Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
- Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite

Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Bonus Points:
- You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
- You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+
- You have extensive knowledge in construction management software
- You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Pay
$135,000 - $175,000. We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. We also offer financial support for mid- and senior-level candidates who require relocation assistance.
