Key Responsibilities
- Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
- Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
- Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
- Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
- Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
- Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
- Serve as a key leader to our project team, and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members
- Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
- Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures
Required Expertise
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience
Bonus Points
- Earned Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
- Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M
- Extensive knowledge in construction management software
- Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

About The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project. This role is based on a jobsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
