Construction Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in Idaho, United States. The Construction Manager will oversee field construction activities for waterway, habitat, and civil projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and field crews, interpreting plans and specifications, verifying quantities and materials, and maintaining detailed project records and reports. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring quality control, resolving field issues, and communicating regularly with engineers, designers, permitting agencies, and clients. The Construction Manager will also support project scheduling, resource planning, and compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
