About the role
Lead complex construction projects from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects including budget, timeline, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to meet project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
