Job Summary

Leading the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure alignment with the budget, schedule, and constructibility.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical construction and theory through a five-year electrical apprentice program.
  • Three to five years' experience in a project management position in construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Excellent human relations skills and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated financial analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Process Project Manager is responsible for leading, improving, and standardizing business and operational processes across projects and departments. This role focuses on planning, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving workflows to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and consistency. The Process Project Manager works cross-functionally with operations, projects teams, leadership, and support departments to ensure processes align with the organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Senior Project Manager

  • Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or on one very large project.
  • Supervise and manage construction project sites from bid preparation through job close-out documentation to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development
  • Analyze existing workflows
  • Manage process from initiation through implementation
  • Facilitate process mapping, documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and field leaders
  • Establish metrics and performance indicators
  • Identify and implement best practices
  • Ensure process complies with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on process performance, risks, and improvements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
