About the role
We are looking for a Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee $10M+ projects in Tampa with a $100M commercial general contractor. This role involves no travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects, including complex renovations and ground-up builds.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in construction management.
- Experience with commercial construction projects (required).
- Experience with complex renovations and ground-up projects (preferred).
