Construction Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fast paced projects concurrently.
- Review and understand project documents including plans and specifications.
- Create and/or assist in the development of estimates, change orders, and project proposals.
- Manage costs, schedule, changes, meetings, invoices, and owner expectations.
- Lead project meetings with owners and sub-contractors.
- Work with superintendents.
- Manage project engineers for meetings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience in Concrete, Industrial, Manufacturing, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
- 10 – 15+ years relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
