Construction Safety Specialist

About the role

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial & industrial roofing contractor, has an immediate full-time opening for a Construction Safety Specialist in Lueders, TX. This position is open to varying levels of experience and offers career growth based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel (80% - 100% overnight) to various job and office locations throughout the assigned region
• Conduct on-site safety inspections
• Employee training
• Claim investigations

Requirements

• CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) certification - Required
• Bachelor Degree in Safety or 1-3 years Safety experience - Required
• Osha 30 or authorized 10/30 hour trainer
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Fall Protection Training
• Competent Person Certification
• Ability to Pass a One Source/FCA Background

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Strong investigative and communication skills
• Superb problem-solving skills

Pay

This role is paying $85k - 105k, based on education & experience.
