Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interface with construction trade personnel to outline safety requirements and ensure customer and industry standards compliance.
  • Maintain and manage documentation related to all safety incidents.
  • Ensure that all necessary safety training is provided and completed in accordance with customer safety procedures.
  • Responds to site incidents, intervening as necessary to address increases in safety events.
  • Support the coordination and implementation of comprehensive safety programs and policies.
  • Contributes to developing baseline regulatory procedures to enhance overall site safety.

Minimal Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent (Safety Co-Ordinator, Safety Specialist).
  • A BS Degree in a related field (Safety Manager).
  • OSHA 30 (Required)
  • OSHA 510 (Required)

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of data construction experience
  • 2 – 4 years Construction data center experience
  • 1-2 years experience in oil and gas with large-scale project construction.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role is $123,600.00- $185,500.00 USD. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Occasionally, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Travel

Travel up to 90%, living remotely at the client site. Must hold a valid Driver’s License required.
