Construction Recruiter
About the role
Hi-Way Paving is a heavy civil contractor specializing in concrete paving, storm drainage, excavation, highways, and airfields throughout the Southeast. As a Construction Recruiter, you'll spend much of your day sourcing candidates, making outbound calls, conducting phone interviews, documenting what you learn, and building talent pipelines for the skilled craft professionals who keep our projects moving. No two days look the same. One day you may be focused on hiring laborers. The next you may be recruiting mechanics, operators, CDL drivers, concrete finishers, or field leadership. Priorities change quickly, and we're looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and enjoys the challenge of finding the right people.
