We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: maybe a brief overview: TxDOT looking for experienced Construction Recordkeeper I, II or III in Greenville Area Office; maintain accurate records, track materials, verify work reports, ensure compliance, work with supervisors. Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties, plus maybe the III specific duties). Use
  • . Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications (education, experience, driver's license). Could also include physical requirements? But we can put physical under Requirements or maybe separate? The instruction says we can have only sections with real content. We could have Requirements covering education, experience, license, physical. Qualifications: maybe the Minimum Qualifications plus Competencies? But we already used Requirements for qualifications. Might need to differentiate: Requirements = mandatory (education, experience, license). Qualifications = preferred or additional qualifications (competencies). However the posting lumps them. We could treat "Minimum Qualifications" as Requirements, and "Competencies" as Qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills from competencies? But we could also put competencies under Skills. However we already used Qualifications for competencies. Let's think: The instruction says use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to allocate content accordingly. We can do: - About the role: overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (essential duties + III specific). - Requirements: education, experience, driver's license, physical requirements? Might be okay. - Qualifications: maybe the "Minimum Qualifications" includes education/experience; but we already used that. Could treat Qualifications as the "Minimum Qualifications" (education/experience) and Requirements as something else? Hmm. Better: Requirements = mandatory (education, experience, license). Qualifications = preferred/competencies (skills, knowledge). Skills = maybe specific technical skills (using computers, office equipment, etc.) but that overlaps. We could combine: Requirements = education/experience/license. Qualifications = competencies (contract development, using computers, etc.). Skills = maybe the list of specific abilities like "Writing, reviewing and revising documents", "Preparing and maintaining confidential records", etc. But that's also part of competencies. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could maybe skip some sections if content thin. But we need to include only when posting has real specific content. All sections have content. Let's design: About the role: paragraph summarizing role. Responsibilities:
      of duties. Requirements:
of education, experience, driver's license, physical requirements. Qualifications: maybe the "Minimum Qualifications" (but we used that). Actually we could treat Requirements as the "Minimum Qualifications" (education/experience/license) and Qualifications as the "Preferred Qualifications" (none given). But there is no separate preferred qualifications. Could skip Qualifications if no distinct content. But we need to include only when posting has real specific content. If we treat Qualifications as same as Requirements, it's duplicate. Better to assign: - Requirements: Education, Experience, Driver's license. - Qualifications: Competencies (list of skills/knowledge). This seems appropriate. - Skills: maybe the specific technical skills like "Using computers and applicable programs", "Using standard office equipment", "Writing, reviewing and revising documents", etc. But those are also in competencies. However we could separate: Qualifications = knowledge areas (contract development, governmental policies, DBE, etc.), Skills = technical abilities (computer use, office equipment, writing, etc.). That seems plausible. Let's extract: Competencies list includes: Construction Recordkeeper I, II or III: - Contract development and oversight - Using computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems - Using standard office equipment - Writing, reviewing and revising documents to include engineering notes, specifications, standards and procedures - Preparing and maintaining confidential and sensitive records, files and reports - Communicating technical information effectively - Maintaining a safe working relationship Construction Recordkeeper II or III: - Governmental policies and procedures - DBE, HUB, SBE - Reviewing plans for accuracy and ensuring compliance with requirements Construction Recordkeeper III: - Applicable plans, specifications and estimates preparation, review, processing and compliance requirements - Methods for reviewing plans and specifications for compliance with requirements - Construction engineering policies and procedures - Applicable inspection methods, procedures and techniques We can split: Qualifications = knowledge areas (Contract development and oversight, Governmental policies and procedures, DBE/HUB/SBE, Construction engineering policies and procedures, Applicable plans/specs/estimates, Methods for reviewing plans, Applicable inspection methods). Skills = technical abilities (Using computers, Using standard office equipment, Writing/reviewing/revising documents, Preparing/maintaining confidential records, Communicating technical information, Maintaining safe working relationship). That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: list from Benefits And Perks. Pay: list the salary ranges. Schedule: Full-time (maybe also Regular, Non-Management). We'll put Full-time. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown. We'll produce:
