Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities
- Overseeing the quality of all construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications
- Developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency and performance
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of construction sites to identify any potential quality issues or non-compliance
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all aspects of the construction process meet quality standards
- Providing technical advice and solutions for quality control issues
- Preparing and presenting quality reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern and recommending corrective actions
- Training and mentoring staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Conducting root cause analysis for any quality failures and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, techniques, and best practices in quality control management
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations, particularly on projects such as: Healthcare, Mission Critical, Commercial Tenant Improvements, etc.
- Experience on Federal projects is a MUST
- Experience working with US Army Corps of Engineers is also required
- Strong leadership skills is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in using quality control software and other relevant computer applications
- A professional certification in Quality Control Management will be an added advantage
Pay
$125,000 - $150,000 per year
