About the Role

The Production Manager serves as the primary face and representative of the company, managing all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation. This position assesses job sites to evaluate the efficacy of the original home remodeling agreement, ensuring customer satisfaction and company success.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
  • Inspect and evaluate all aspects of proposed sites/projects to determine the scope of work and project viability.
  • Advise customers on financing and possible changes to the scope of work.
  • Create precise measurements at job sites to avoid issues with custom-ordered products.
  • Confirm post-inspection that the agreement between the company and customer accurately defines the work plan and negotiate changes as needed.
  • Select and manage the procurement of all materials, ensuring specifications meet project needs and protect the company from financial loss.
  • Analyze and negotiate compliance with legal requirements, including licensing, permitting, and Homeowner’s Association rules.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with safety and health standards.
  • Complete administrative tasks and assist in staging products for delivery in the warehouse.
  • Drive to and between sites as needed with a valid driver’s license.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with a focus on high-level customer service.
