Construction Project Production Manager

Serve as the primary face and representative of the company, managing all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship from post-sale through final installation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and project viability.
• Advise customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to prevent issues with custom-ordered products, avoiding financial losses and negative customer experiences.
• Confirm and renegotiate the work plan with customers post-inspection, identifying alternative courses of action and altering terms as needed without prior supervisor approval.
• Select and manage procurement of all job materials, ensuring specifications protect the company from unnecessary financial loss.
• Analyze and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including licensing, permitting, and Homeowner’s Association regulations; independently obtain permits from government agencies.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance regarding safety and health.
• Complete administrative tasks in the office and assist in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive to, from, and between job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and an ambitious, competitive nature.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities and highly evolved customer service skills.
