About the role

The Production Manager serves as the primary face and representative of the company, managing all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship from post-sale to final installation. This role assesses job sites to evaluate the efficacy of home remodeling agreements and ensures smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
  • Inspect and evaluate all aspects of proposed sites/projects to determine scope of work and project viability.
  • Advise customers on financing and potential changes to project scope.
  • Create precise measurements at job sites to prevent issues with custom-ordered products, avoiding financial losses and negative customer experiences.
  • Confirm and negotiate the work plan with customers, including alternative courses of action, without prior supervisor approval.
  • Select and manage procurement of all job materials, ensuring specifications protect the company from unnecessary financial loss.
  • Analyze and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including licensing, permitting, and Homeowner’s Association regulations, while independently obtaining permits from government agencies.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance related to safety and health.
  • Complete administrative tasks and assist in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive to, from, and between job sites as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and an ambitious, competitive nature.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities and highly evolved customer service skills.
  • A personality and skill set that demonstrates scalability, with potential for promotion and managerial growth.

Pay

$65,000 salary.
