Pay

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year. Total compensation typically ranging from $130K – $170K+ with competitive base salary and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and change order negotiations
  • Monitor project financial performance including cost forecasting and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction
  • Experience managing treatment plant, pump station, or utility infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of municipal contracting and public infrastructure projects
  • Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders including owners, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
