Responsibilities

• Independently run projects and help expand the company's presence in the Kalamazoo / Southwest Michigan market
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Guide client relationships
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Proactively drive next steps on projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction
• General Contractor experience
• Ability to run projects independently
• Industrial/manufacturing background preferred
• Existing Kalamazoo-area ties strongly preferred

Skills

• Comfortable managing projects in the $2M–$16M range
• Able to flex into commercial or retail-type work as needed
• Design-build experience (plus)
• Architecture/engineering background (plus)
• Knowledge of structural/mechanical/civil systems (plus)
• Strong MS Project and Excel skills (plus)

Pay

$105,000 - $125,000 per year
