Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Projects may include self-performing forces of Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, and Paving operations.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in heavy civil construction projects.
- Proven experience managing one or more of the following: Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, Paving, bridge construction, and structures.
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction best practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- A professional certification in Project Management would be an added advantage.

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
