Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Project Manager III to join the Construction Design Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Construction Project Manager with 15+ years of project management or 10+ years of Healthcare construction experience.
• Demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of Large Medical Facility projects, inclusive of all aspects of building, infrastructure, and site.
• Engagement with and understanding of national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Healthcare User engagement, Administration engagement, and Facilities engagement.
• Experience in Medical Equipment coordination.
• Experience in complex interior renovations of hospital departments as well as greenfield project construction.
• Experience in consultant contracts and oversight of internal team members.
• Development, maintenance, and oversight of protocols, databases, and strategy for achieving most efficient and effective cost control on large-scale construction projects.
• Team member within Baptist Design & Construction department.
