Construction Project Manager II

We're seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead small- to medium-sized commercial projects while partnering with senior team members on larger, more complex work. Responsibilities

• Lead small- to medium-sized commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• Support project success through schedule coordination, cost management, and risk mitigation
• Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensure projects meet quality expectations and safety standards
• Assist in managing project documentation, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience; previous project management experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
• High initiative and willingness to continue learning and growing
