Construction Project Manager | High-End Residential Interiors

JOB TITLE: Construction Project Manager | High-End Residential InteriorsLOCATION: New York City, NYCLASSIFICATION: Full Time - Exempt - SalariedCOMPENSATION: $165,000-$180,000 base salary (depending on experience) A leading, middle market general contractor, specializing in high-end residential interiors projects upwards of $5M, is looking for a Lead Project Manager, as they continue to win work and are growing immensely over the next 24 months. POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager will work closely with Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and upper management to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of residential interior projects. This individual will be responsible for project oversight, establishing budgets, coordinating detailed monthly reports to track progress, budget and any foreseeable challenges along with proposed solutions for the client. REQUIREMENTSMinimum 4 years of experience working for a general contractor on residential interiors projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed
